It serves as a tribute to the sacrifices of all those who served and a sign of support for veterans and their families. Far from glorifying war, the red poppy is a visual pledge to remember those who served and a poignant reminder of the human cost of conflict.
This prestigious event is hosted by the Transvaal Scottish Regimental Association in conjunction with the South African Legion.

The primary goal of this event is to honour and celebrate our veterans, while reinforcing the importance of Remembrance Day. All funds raised will be equally distributed to support the welfare initiatives of both the Transvaal Scottish Regimental Association and the South African Legion.
