TSRA Annual Luncheon
As in the past, this is not a fundraising event but a Semi-formal gathering for our members and friends. We welcome those members that can't really afford these functions and look forward to donations from our more affluent members to help us cover costs.
The cost of the lunch is R80.00 per head ( this price is subsidised by the Association).
Please email your choice of meal and proof of payment to events@jocks.co.za Please use "[your name]/lunch" as your reference for ease of allocation.
Upon receipt of your proof of payment, we will be sending you a ticket with your name and meal choice - This must be presented at the gate.
The cut-off date for bookings is Monday 12th October 2020.
The dress is Association Kit and smart casual for guests and friends.

Due to the COVID fiasco, we will have to adapt our format to suit the restrictions.
In order to observe, "Social Distancing" we cannot have formal seating.
In order to comply with regulations, we will spread out on the grounds of The View.
We have a few Gazebos available but please feel free to bring your own or an umbrella.
We are also restricted in numbers and so are limited to 60 attendees, with a provision for a small increase.
All guests must adhere to the COVID regulations i.e. masks, sanitise etc.
We are not allowed to serve Buffet-style meals and will therefore provide a choice of one of the following meals:
1. Pork bangers OR
2. Cornish pasty OR
3. Steak and kidney pie OR
4. Roast chicken pie.
All served with chips and a gravy dip.
Followed by ice cream and chocolate sauce.
